The End of the Line
The Chesapeake Bay Insulator Company has completed line construction to
Williamsburg, Virginia. All that remains is to tie-off the final loose ends and start
playing "The Song of the Talking Wire." Response for the annual convention shows
that this is not a dead end, but rather a new beginning. We have over 500 room nights sold
and 136 tables of quality wares from across the industry. To date we have 12 exhibitors
with more getting on the circuit every week. Industry professionals will present seminars
on the history of one of our competitors, the Hemingray Glass Company, as well as the
stories of the Confederate Egg, the Fisher, and the South Carolina Teapots. We look
forward to seeing you and your insulators in Williamsburg. Come be part of the history. See the show page for more details. |
