Train ARESC from ARCO mine in western Colorado to UE's Labadie power plant on 4-27-94. How things have changed in 10 years. SP is no more, this engine is probably UP yellow, this track is run by a small short line, the trees and brush have totally obstructed this view, and there is a hike and bike path where the tire tracks are in this picture. It doesn't seem that long ago. Time flies.
