Pretty cool insulator, few fine amber swirls throughout, kinda unusual for Brookfield at this time period. The embossing is strong too, some CD 138's you can hardly read the crown embossing. Overall I'd say the insulator is VNM, there's an open bubble on the base, a pin prick and the "Tel" is partially worn down. There's also a well placed bubble on the front.
