What is this insulator?

Quite often, I use Google Maps to explore powerlines, especially in my province, Ontario. In my recent Google adventure, I came across this three phase transmission line (I think it is 44kV) near Omemee that has the some unique insulators, some of which I have never seen before anywhere else in Ontario. Here is a screen shot of the high voltage insulators from Google Maps. What number and make are these classified?
