Offered here is a rich opalescent, two-tone CD 128 Hemingray_CS / E_14B telegraph piece in VNM+ condition. Exhibits a wonderful two-tone glow with darker opal zinc properties in the thicker upper half with more transparency in the lower skirt portion. These are becoming exceedingly more difficult to acquire notwithstanding the beat-up Hemingray dump specimens. Condition wise: clean shiny pristine throughout with some sub-surface pinhead sized micro crazing about 1/2 circumference of the lower wire ridge and same on about 1/3 upper wire ridge and a tiny bit of superficial manufacturing roughness about 1/3 circumference at the start of the inner pin hole threading.
