For these next few sale listings of 2025, I'm going to donate 100% of the profits to Bill and Jill Meier for use towards ICON. To be clear, these donations will be in addition to the amount I usually give. Like so many others, I have ICON to thank for my introduction to the hobby. For all they do, Bill & Jill shouldn't have to bear the cost of hosting the web site as well as the time required to keep it running. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Up for grabs is a group of Canadian-used, German-made uniparts, including a brown and a blue example of U-2531, and a chocolate brown example of U-2218. All three are incused "HESCHO" on the ear or crown, with a letter stamp below. All three have the same characteristic high-quality German porcelain, plainly shown in an unglazed 1" North American-threaded pinhole. A lot of these saw use here in Ontario, though their numbers are dwindling these days. All three are in good shape. The blue U-2531 has a deep scratch on one end of one of the ears. Otherwise I see just a couple scattered scuffs and fleabites on them. I'm asking $50 USD, INCLUDING SHIPPING within Canada or the lower 48 US states for this group. 100% of this amount will go to Bill Meier and the ICON website to support its software updates, and you will be paying Bill directly to avoid unnecessary fees. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items. |
