The petticoat on the right is just a beautiful straight blue HG CO petticoat EIN 140 letter i. It is in very good condition with an eraser size chip to the petticoat and wire groove wear in several places. The most notable is about 2 inches long which shows us white in hand but looks like a dark spot in the photo. Great color! $65 plus shipping.
