James Lindsey showed some porcelain break insulators he had, and they reminded me that I'd found one in service in my hometown some years ago. Evidently they wanted to cut off the line at that point (the outer phases were disconnected in a reroute some decades ago), but didn't want to put in the effort to strip the line down to singlephase.
