Here is a catalog page from a 1944 Thomas Isulator Co. book. It showes the shelf type insulators and a spool insulator similar to the big spool I have. So far Thomas is the only one I have seen a catalog advertising these for sale. I'm sure Ohio Brass Co. and some others sold them as well but haven't found evidence of it.
