Here is a tougher to come by NET&T CD 112 [020] has a 7/16" shallow chip out from the upper wire ridge above the upper wire groove as seen in the photographs, it is at about the right mould line when viewing it from the "NEW ENG" side...some nice light amber floating around inside as well as a pretty good glob of amber on the side with the chip...
