This beehive was made with an extended glass edge that protruded over the base (see photo of the base). The result was chipping on the base. There is also some scuffing from the wire in the wire groove that is rust color. I included a photo of the insulator in a lightbox (without the spotlight) to be fair, so you can see what the insulator looks like with regular lighting. It has nice color and is loaded with bubbles.
