There is a clean hard to ¾ inch long chip to the beginning of the threads. The damage is minimal. The insulator is still VNM. This is a strong green aqua with some light ambering. That just gives the green aqua a boost in color. There are multiple small white mark chips on the top 16 and the dome, like maybe something was wearing on the dome. It may have been a chair insulator as the wear is slightly to one side. There are also two white mark bb marks on the A and the T of PAT. It does have the 1883 and 1884 dates. There is an under pour to the inner petticoat visible in the photo. That is not a chip.
