These interesting pieces except for the one spool piece on the far right are called Periscope insulators. Don't know why they are called that other than the fact that they mount on a pole or pipe. The top first piece is unmarked. The second top piece is made by Joslyn Mfg. Co. The lower wire holder piece is Line Material Co. and the one beside it is M&W Co. The spool piece with the adjustable bracket mounts on a transformer to hold the terminal wires. I have a catalog page from a Hubbard & Co. catalog showing periscop brackets.
