and Two Stars Sold">

Two beautiful star CD 162s green small black UFO and deep olive First Two Photos

LEFT: Nice green CD 162 star. There is a black UFO in the wire groove at the back of the insulator. There are quite a few deep straw lines mostly on the crowns of the insulator. There are two long healed annealing lines in the threads. All of these lines give the insulator a unique character. Damage is minimal with a tiny white flea bite to the underside of the wire ridge and a couple of spots of wire wear in the groove. There is some roughness to the over pour at the outside of the base

RIGHT: Dark Yellow Olive Green. What makes this insulator amazing in color is that top of the pin hole and the skirt show off the yellow olive tones. The thicker parts of the insulator appear dark olive green, It gives the insulator a nice color contrast. There is a 2.5 inch slice off the back of the base. There is also a small bruise to the petticoat at the same location. There is a ¾ inch outside edge base chip to the left of the star. There are several deep straw marks in the right crown. Oddly there is what looks like wear to the bottom edge of the petticoat.

Hemingray set of ponies all 1893 – jade - Sooty – Amber string SALE – third photo

Left: CD 113 EIN130 very crisp stamped embossing with the 1893 date. This is a lighter shade of jade green milk. There is also just one nicked drip and some light wire wear to the groove and both ridges. This one is VNM. $35 shipped in the USA.

center: nice prismatic embossing CD 106, sooty blue aqua with a script "2" 1893 date with TWO nice bubbles. There is one bubble in the dome and one about the same size in the lower wire ridge at the right mold line. There is one nicked drip and some heavy wire groove wear and rust, still VNM. I cleaned this insulator, but left some of the soot on for that nice "used" look. $20 shipped in the USA

Right: CD 106 with a nice amber string that runs around the pinhole. There is an odd flat well worn spot (like ground off) on the lower wire ridge above the date. It must have been caused from the tie wire. There is no wear above or below. A smooth base chip takes out three drip points. Four other drips are blunted or sliced. $20 shipped in the USA
