This is one of the best (and tallest) CD 134 pennycuicks I've handled over 20 years. Stretched wire groove and loaded with fizz. CR on the base and great orange peel texture on the dome. There is one shallow pinky nail sized chip on the skirt. Usual base roughness on the CR.
