I picked this up with the purchase of several other insulators. If not sold this will find its way into my teeny tiny collection of mud (for a total of 7). It is 4.25 inches high and 3.5 inches in diameter at the base. It is a hallow cone with the nice concentric ridges that get smaller at the top. There is a circular ridge on the bottom that makes the cone stand about ¼ inch above the surface you sent it on. There is a 3/4 long chip out of that ridge. I had to strip paint off the base, so I am guessing it was attached to a structure of some sort.
