In addition to the CD 134 Diamond-P insulators marked with the above patent date are numerous other styles associated with his invention which was described as a method of "forming threads on articles of glass". Insulators were not mentioned in the patent text. Here is a nice looking example of one of the insulators made via this threading patent. It is unembossed.
