It seems this style is specific to the Northern States Power Company, and was likely assembled in the company's shops for some years, probably into the 1950s. Standard crossarm bolt, a few nuts, two pieces of galvanized pipe, a custom bracket, and of course, three spools. Some brackets were assembled with one pipe segment, two spools, and a shorter bolt.
