I don't remember where I got them, but I have a box full of HUNDREDS of envelopes, all addressed to the Suttle Equipment Company, of Lawrenceville, Illinois. They date from 1945-1949, and come from telephone companies all over the country. The photo I used is just a sampling of some of my favorite artworks on the faces of the envelopes. I have them separated by state; if you'll let me know where you're interested in, I may be able to find you an envelope from your likely defunct local telephone company.
