What a nice chunch of old glass. There is a light amber swirl that makes it all the way around the insulator at the crown and a ring of light amber in the skirt at the left mold line. I have scrubbed this inuslator several times with "Bar Keeper's Friend". There was a layer of white opaque debris over most of the insulator, most of that has come off. A light film of that debris still remains inside on half the pin hole. There is a white mark ping on the lower wire ridge to the right of B&O and a second one on the upper back wire ridge (eraser head size).
