While on my way home from a dental appointment recently, I stopped at a junk/architectural salvage shop I hadn't visited in quite a while. This spot has often had insulators and other interesting old things in past visits. A section in the shop dedicated to antiques and furniture included a few common insulators, but nothing to get too excited about. "Finding a good insulator here was a bit of a lofty goal, anyways" I thought to myself. While looking at some damaged antique desk lamps in a totally different part of the shop a few minutes later, I spotted something interesting in the electrical supply section along the opposite wall from where I was standing. I thought it was a photo-worthy view, since this was technically an accurate place to put an insulator, and it just so happened that the only good one placed there was [id=725451185;the best in the entire shop]. |
