I was told by the retired lineman I got this from that this was a tree insulator. Has about a 1" diameter hole and is 2- 1/8" across the flat sides. The lag screw bracket is very interesting. Anyone know anything about this? I saw a porcelain clamp on an ICON posting similar to this that was part of a Holmes bracket. Thanks for any info!
