This is a CD 162.1 EIN [030] (Dome) Backwards] 7 (F-Skirt) BROOKFIELD (R-Skirt) NEW YORK SB in a rich Yellow Green with Black Carbon bits all over, but mostly concentrated on the right side, as shown. Damage includes a fleabite to the rear crown and several chips to the inner skirt.
