This appears to be a run-of-the mill, CD 162 EIN [260] (F-Skirt) HEMINGRAY/PATENTED (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT SDP in Aqua. But the rear skirt shows what appears to be three or four blotouts around the ETT and another one or two around the CO that I've tried to show in the close-up shot. Anyone seen this? Know what was blotted out?
