I found this 7 inch shard years ago on the 1834 roadbed of the Erie & Kalamazoo RR about 6 years ago. . As you can see it was broken many years ago. It has oxidation in all the cracks and crevasses. I have returned every spring and found no other pieces.

NOTE .... Feb 21, 2024 I returned to the E&KRR ... found a CD 196 hemi split top to bottom in the creek..
