CD 155 HEMINGRAY-42, Ice Blue, RDP

I had this picture around the house, I don't know who/where/when ... nor do I know who has the piece now. Clearly an experimental piece, was this a CD 155 (as we know the shape today)? Looks very similar except there is no "indent" under the wire groove so this design might take slightly more glass. The Price Guide doesn't list a date code, so with the ice blue color, this is probably in the early 1930's.

I'd appreciate any information anyone has on this. When it was found, who found it, where it is now? I suspect the picture I have seems to be inkjet printed, but I do recall the original was from 35 mm slide film. I might even have that. I want to say it came from the McDouglad's but I really don't know.
