This is the pole that got me to start taking pictures of lines in my area... a now-gone 2400V pole on an eastern South Dakota municipal system. What got my attention several years earlier was that two of the phases were supported on Hemingray-42s! The city eventually rebuilt the system, and when I inquired about the glass on the pole, the superintendent took me out to where the poles had been dumped, only to find all the glass gone - likely taken home by the contractor crew. I did get the break strain assembly though.
