Here's a photo showing the unusual double wire grooves and accompanying original tie wire found on [id=704207262; the Canadian RCA Victor radio insulator I posted here]. I've never seen anything like this before, but I suspect this could be because large WWII era radio installations like the one this piece came from remained intact until now. Anyways, it's a super neat piece.
