$50!">

Here's a rarely offered CD 247.5 Russian milkglass insulator in VNM+ shape- no chips or cracks only surface stains. Embossed AG-25 WCCA-10 1964. Rings like a bell when tapped. First one of these I have seen offered on ICON. Great item for the power or foreign collector looking for colorful lineup as this cd comes in a many different colors! Update on the color; the glass is similar to Corning ware glass dishes.

One knowledgeable collector stated milkglass needs to be translucent (pass light) to be considered true milkglass. He further consulted with Elton Gish and apparently this mysterious insulator is likely made of a high tech ceramic material (not to be confused with porcelain). Why they used expensive material for an overhead line is unknown- but probably experimental.

First email gets this tough insulator for the reduced price of only $50 plus actual postage ($17.10). Thanks!
