A friend from Ohio alerted me to an auction in WV about an hour from me that had this insulator in it. There was also a Mickey in the auction lot, but the auctioneer did not show the big chip in the skirt in his close up of the Mickey (I think that is deceitful on the auctioneer's part to not show major damage). But this piece is in pretty good shape so I'm happy with the price I paid.
