A narrow 115kV line about to be replaced with modern armless construction. The reason for such tight clearances is that it was an in-place upgrade from 41.6kV in the 1980s, exchanging the old 45kV insulators for 88kV-rated line posts (115kV is 66kV line to ground, so these just barely fit electrically). The distribution system is also slated to be upgraded from 7200V delta to a proper 12.5kV system.
