Here's a tougher to find Hemingray No. 40 CD 152 in the [070] EIN. This one has HEMINGRAY over NO. 40 on one side and HEMINGRAY on the other side. The colour is a sort of sagey aqua with little flecks of snow all throughout. Condition on this one is fair, with a little fleabite on the "M" in HEMINGRAY on the side with the No. 40 embossing. On the same side it has 5 partly flaked drips and another that is slightly bruised. Otherwise I just see some light scuffs on the wire ridge and crown and it displays quite well from the side opposite the damage. I'm asking $18 USD plus shipping for this oddball. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I have a long-standing want list of Canadian-made porcelain posted, please click here to see it. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items. |
