This was on Montana-Dakota Utilities' old 22kV system (the company's lines in Burke, Renville, and Ward counties are probably THE last lines running at that voltage in the US, and the company has even reclassified that system as distribution, even though it still functions as subtransmission). The company has since bypassed this in favor of a new pole with cutouts.
