Nathan's picture prompted me to dig up this picture of a now-gone switch that was on Otter Tail Power's old 13.2kV transmission system (this segment was serving as a long-distance 12.5kV distribution line by the time I got this picture). A few blocks south of this structure is a pole with some early cutouts and further south a stretch of poles insulated with J-D U-872 and U-878. Unfortunately, a check in satellite view reveals a new pole (probably with cutouts instead of this gang switch) in its place.
