This photo was all Locke, Victor, and I-T-E ashtrays. The Victor top hat one was very hard to find along with the green Locke ashtrays. The sponge pattern Locke ashtrays are extremely rare and hard to find. I remember the one was blue sponge pattern and the other a bluish green pattern. I've seen them in a couple of other colors too.
