This page is from a 1904 General Electric ad showing a tube with a Triangle or Arrowhead since the other page I had showing what I think was an unmarked one in 1896 from a Canadian General Electric Co. page and this is from a U.S. GE catalog I know they were advertised for that long. More research might find the manufacturer.
