I pick this up yesterday. It's an unusually shaped Am Tel & Tel Co. Toll. It has an extra large lower wire groove ridge. And a wide skirt. The sides of the skirt are not straight. There is a gentle curve inward from the base to the wire groove ridge. And there is a 0 embossed on the dome.
