From my collection. This wonderfully orange California is a standout in any lineup. Photo says it all. Leans a little more yellow toward the bottom, more orange toward the dome. This is a known never-altered piece. I found it myself in one of several buckets of dust covered insulators at a farm sale out in the wheat country west of Spokane. The seller told me they were all salvaged around the farm when the power company installed new poles. There is some base damage, but the piece displays very well. This is a lehr kiss piece, with some small chunks of glass missing or added, where it touched others before fully cooling. Nice straw lines. Just an overall glowing, beautiful California that never comes up for sale. $425 post paid to lower 48. |
