This pretty "bluejean blue" Cook strain Johnny ball insulator was recently dug in Jacksonville, Florida. This is the story the seller gave me on it… I am the environmental consultant contracted with the construction company that is under contract with the City of Jacksonville to remediate the Pope Place and Gold Merit Ash Disposal Sites (there's information online about these sites). I have to collect soil samples at the bottom and sidewalls every 25 ft, so I am always down in the excavation looking at the floor and I was seeing those insulators and I thought they were interesting but didn't know they were valuable until my co-worker started saving them. Now I need a blue gray cook loop to go with it! 😁 |
