These metal skirt-bearing Dominion 42 CD 154s seem to have really grown in popularity over the last few years, and I've seen some ludicrous prices being realized in auctions. Here's one that was recently rescued from the wild and would be a great example to adorn your shelf for a much lower price than those recently selling in catalogue sales. The insulator itself on this one is a nice peach Dominion 42 with just one flaked drip and a few scattered crown and upper wire ridge fleabites. The metal itself is rusty, but still solid. I'm asking $65 USD plus shipping for this example. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items. |
