Rare CD 203.2 Armstrong. Widest point on outer skirt and side of dome has some light scuffing-- likely could be polished or buffed out if desired; hard to see unless you look close. Bottom wire groove has some rub showing this was in use at one time. Top of dome very light scuff/scratch. Maybe this was on the ground for awhile without the rubber skirt and the skirt/dome side scuffs are from ground contact? As you can see, it displays VVNM as is.
