I am saddened to learn today that a long distance phone friend and customer had passed away.

Jon P. Frizell, collector from Casper, Wyoming passed away Feb. 29, 2022.

Jon and I had talked many hours on the phone about insulators, football, his dogs. his collections. his work as an archeologist.

Like so many folks I know, I never got the chance to sit and have a cup of coffee or even shake his hand. Far too often, time and distance prevents many of us to be able to have face to face time.

Conversations with Jon always provided a colorful and vivid experience. A wealth of knowledge in many fields. Conversations sometimes cut short because an important game with his team was coming on TV.

Always ready to share a new addition to his collection thru photos over the phone.

Jon was definitely a part of the fabric of my life. He will be missed. His little chuckle will be missed.

Someday, we will meet . And it will be a great day !!
