Very sad to hear of the passing of Jeff Lisenbee on November 3rd of this year. Here he is pictured (on right) about 2005 near Georgetown Colo on a hike with the late Mike Miller (next to him) as well as myself and Ken Roberts who were there that day too. Jeff loved insulators and hiking and researching areas but more that that he loved dealing with collectors and going to shows. Jeff had been together with his other half, Pam, for at least 16 years who he met on ICON where she had asked a question on a piece and the relationship went from there! Pam advised that they exchanged many thousands of emails over the next few months. Jeff had been living up in Idaho Springs Colo for at least the last ten years and believe his last show was the Colorado Springs National. He'd been rather limited in mobility for the last couple years and hadn't been able to go hiking or do much collecting. He was a good friend and will be missed. I enjoyed my numerous hikes with him and chatting to him regularly over the phone. So long Jeff!
