This is the power house in Vancouver, B.C..It is where the line from the Buntzen Lake power system ended in Vancouver. The building has 1904 on it. I believe the photo is pre 1910.As 1910 was the year the CD 319 insulators were changed out. I have seen photos of the CD 319 insulators dated 1909 and photos dated 1911 showing three part porcelain insulators
