I found these at an antique store last week and while I think they are an insulator I have no idea if they are or aren't. The dealer didn't have a clue although he tried to feed me a line.

There are no markings I can find and the screw at the bottom is not very large so I can't imagine the "insulator" would be very secure on whatever it attaches to.
