From a glass plate negative I picked up recently. Three arms with ramshorns in the upper two and some sort of glass on the bottom arm - probably threadless. Based on the construction style I'd say 1860s era Pennsylvania Railroad somewhere, but there's no clue as to where. Looks like they've had a recent flood or some other calamity, given the broken truss bridge on the left and all the wood debris in the creek bed.
