Here's a group that doesn't seem to turn up very often: these are the same as the IN-56 embossed glass insulators made by Owens Illinois, but are instead the porcelain versions. These, as I understand it, were made for field use by the US military during WWII. They are fairly crude for their late production, with some having minor glaze defects and heavily mottled glazes. These examples appear to be new-old-stock and don't have any damage or rust that I can see. I'm asking $20 USD plus shipping for the group of four. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before.
