Here's one that doesn't turn up every day: an MR / HEMINGRAY - 42 CD 154. I was fortuitous enough to come upon this example, and while I can appreciate the rarity and mystery of this unusual embossing style, I feel there may be a better owner out there somewhere as I'm attempting to focus on Canadian-made insulators at this time. This one has a "0-4:" date code on the front skirt, and a "36A" mold code on the rear skirt. Condition report: this piece is in great shape, with just two flaked drips on the left side of the front base. Otherwise I see no condition issues, and it's nice and shiny. I'm interested in trading this piece for rare Canadian-made glass or porcelain insulators. If you've been after one of these feel free to give me a shout and we can talk trades! |
