This is a close look at the lower section of the pole that is in the overview photo (on the right) that is posted: [id=663370837].

Altogether a very fine mix of glass insulators were used here! Note the two lonely CD 280.1 insulators without wires attached on the lowermost crossarm and the enclosed-style carbon arc street lamp with its spool and hanger-type insulators connected to the fixture.
