The Monday Missouri Eastern train stopped and tied their train down about 7 miles from their destination. I can only assume their hours of service were up, as it was close to 12 hours since they went on duty. My other assumption is they were delayed by numerous downed trees along the way courtesy of Thursday evening's bad weather.
